Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy predictive models and analytical solutions to support business initiatives and improve member outcomes.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, operations, and finance—to translate business problems into data‑driven strategies.
- Create clear visualizations and dashboards that communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and methodologies, recommending best practices and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data science or advanced analytics, preferably in insurance or healthcare.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and machine‑learning algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences.
