About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to extract actionable insights from complex banking data.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high‑impact opportunities and prototype AI‑driven solutions using a fail‑fast, design‑led approach.
- Leverage Generative AI techniques to enhance data analysis, automate reporting, and create new value propositions.
- Maintain and scale data pipelines on AWS, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non‑technical audiences through clear visualizations and reports.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large relational and NoSQL datasets.
- Hands‑on experience with Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and their deployment.
- Knowledge of AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker, Lambda) for data engineering and model deployment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
