Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain LLM‑based AI solutions tailored to Healthcare and Life Sciences clients.
• Build end‑to‑end AI applications with Python and LangChain, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Provide 24/7 AMS support during B Shift, troubleshooting and optimizing existing AI services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate domain requirements into actionable AI features.
• Continuously enhance and refactor AI models, incorporating latest research and best practices.

Requirements

• Senior‑level experience in Generative AI and large language model deployment.
• Deep understanding of Healthcare and Life Sciences domains, including regulatory considerations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a shift‑based environment.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.
