About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT to enable high‑speed network defense.
- Engineer, fine‑tune, and productionize machine‑learning models that meet stringent performance and security requirements.
- Act as a technical closer for the COSS 3.0 program, translating prototypes into scalable, operational solutions.
- Mentor senior technologists through hands‑on guidance, code reviews, and best‑practice workshops.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional cyber teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing security pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on model engineering and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries; demonstrated expertise with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.
- Hands‑on experience fine‑tuning large language models and deploying them in production environments.
- Solid understanding of cyber security concepts and the ability to apply AI to network defense scenarios.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record of mentoring technical teams.
