About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate statistical and machine learning models that answer critical intelligence questions.
- Engineer and transform data features, uncover hidden patterns, and build optimized classifiers for automated analysis.
- Create and maintain automated anomaly‑detection pipelines to surface unusual activity in large data sets.
- Produce reusable analytical tools and documentation that enable intelligence analysts to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate models into existing intelligence workflows and ensure operational scalability.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and its data‑science ecosystem (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience building classification models, feature engineering, and anomaly‑detection systems.
- Ability to translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
