About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end‑to‑end AI systems, including conversational agents and analytical pipelines, with a production‑first mindset.
- Implement machine learning models and NLP solutions in Python, leveraging frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Deploy and maintain models on AWS infrastructure (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS), ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines, perform feature engineering, and maintain data quality.
- Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on models to improve business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of production‑grade AI projects.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud services (AWS).
- Deep knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques.
- Experience with MLOps practices, model versioning, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a remote environment.
