About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and validate AI/ML models used across digital banking, voice assistants, and other client‑facing services.
- Identify, quantify, and document model risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk‑management standards.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and monitoring dashboards using Python and SQL.
- Collaborate with model developers, risk officers, and business stakeholders to recommend remediation actions.
- Produce clear, concise risk assessment reports and present findings to senior risk‑management teams.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation.
- Hands‑on experience with machine‑learning algorithms and model validation techniques.
