About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and GenAI solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Apply advanced NLP techniques to extract insights from unstructured data and enhance customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver actionable analytics.
- Provide expert consultancy on AI best practices, data governance, and ethical considerations for high‑security environments.
- Maintain and improve model performance, ensuring scalability and compliance with enhanced DV clearance standards.
Requirements
- Strong background in machine learning, GenAI, and NLP with proven project delivery.
- Experience in customer‑facing analytics and consultancy roles.
- Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a secure, on‑site setting.
- Valid enhanced DV (West) Clearance or willingness to obtain it.
