About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and fine‑tune large language models for generative AI applications.
- Implement end‑to‑end NLP pipelines, including data preprocessing, tokenization, and model evaluation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into customer‑facing products.
- Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on model architectures to improve performance and efficiency.
- Stay current with state‑of‑the‑art research in generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning, and apply findings to production systems.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands‑on expertise in training, fine‑tuning, and deploying large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA).
- Solid understanding of natural language processing techniques and evaluation metrics.
- Proven ability to translate research concepts into scalable production solutions.
