About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Agentic AI layers (A2A frameworks) and MCP protocol integrations for long‑term data science initiatives.
- Develop and fine‑tune vector embedding models, prompt engineering pipelines, and context‑aware AI systems.
- Write production‑grade code in Python (and optionally Java or Go) to operationalize AI models.
- Deploy, monitor, and scale AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in data science with a focus on Agentic AI frameworks.
- 6+ years of hands‑on AI/ML engineering, specifically vector embeddings, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one additional language such as Java or Go.
- Demonstrated experience deploying AI solutions on Azure cloud services.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid onsite environment.
