About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI and machine learning models that optimize equipment performance and yield in semiconductor and display manufacturing.
- Collaborate with hardware and process engineers to translate domain challenges into data‑driven solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical modeling on large‑scale sensor and production datasets.
- Implement and maintain scalable pipelines using Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Validate model performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and iterate improvements based on real‑world feedback.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying machine learning or deep learning models in an industrial or research setting.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit‑learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross‑functional teams.
