Data Scientist driving insights from complex datasets using Python, machine learning, and cloud analytics on AWS to inform business strategy and product development.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Extract, clean, and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines and model performance in an AWS environment.
- Document methodologies, create reproducible workflows, and present results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as pandas, scikit‑learn, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation across relational databases.
- Hands‑on experience deploying models and data pipelines on AWS (S3, SageMaker, Lambda).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.
