Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and analytics solutions for the ACC Readiness System using Python and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Utilize AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker) to build scalable data pipelines and model hosting environments.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation to support decision‑making for DoD stakeholders.
- Document methodologies, maintain reproducible code, and present findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles, preferably in defense or government contexts.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS cloud services.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering production‑ready models.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
