Data Scientist
Lead a data science team to develop AI‑driven TV advertising solutions, leveraging Python, SQL, and machine learning to build predictive models, run experiments, and deliver actionable insights for media buying.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data science roadmap that powers TV and streaming ad targeting, measurement, and optimization.
- Mentor and grow a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of rigorous experimentation and continuous learning.
- Design, develop, and productionize machine‑learning models and statistical frameworks using Python, SQL, and cloud services (AWS).
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and media buying teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions and measurable KPIs.
- Lead A/B testing and causal inference studies to evaluate campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in data science or analytics, with at least 2 years in a people‑management or lead role.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and machine‑learning pipelines.
- Experience deploying models and scaling analytics workflows on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders with data‑driven insights.
