About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional data science team to deliver actionable insights for network orchestration and logistics optimization.
- Design, develop and production‑grade machine learning models that predict routing, capacity and demand across a global network.
- Collaborate with engineering and product to integrate models into real‑time decision engines on AWS.
- Own data pipelines, ensuring high‑quality, scalable ingestion from diverse sources using SQL and Python.
- Drive continuous improvement of model performance, monitoring, and retraining workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of data science experience with a strong focus on operations or logistics.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Redshift).
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying ML models at scale, including model monitoring and A/B testing.
- Solid understanding of network orchestration concepts and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate complex analytics into business impact.
