About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI and machine‑learning models to solve procurement‑specific challenges.
- Build and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to surface actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global procurement leaders to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering best practices in model development, validation, and documentation.
- Implement data pipelines and ETL processes using Python and SQL to ensure high‑quality, reliable data for analytics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in data science, advanced analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in a financial or procurement context.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL for data manipulation and model building.
- Demonstrated experience with generative AI techniques and deploying models to production.
- Strong expertise in creating visual analytics with Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
