Data Science Manager - Compare The Market

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional data science team to deliver AI solutions that simplify financial decision making for millions of users.
• Own the end‑to‑end data pipeline, from data ingestion and cleaning to model training, deployment and monitoring on AWS.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and analytics stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable machine‑learning solutions.
• Champion best practices in model governance, reproducibility and ethical AI, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of model performance and experimentation through A/B testing and data‑driven insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine‑learning engineering, with a proven track record of delivering production‑grade models.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL and cloud services (AWS, SageMaker, Lambda).
• Hands‑on experience with model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high‑performing team.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a passion for continuous learning.
