Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end data science workflows, from data ingestion to model deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a cross‑functional team in developing scalable ML solutions, leveraging Python, SQL, and AWS services.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics stakeholders to translate complex business problems into actionable data science projects.
- Implement robust model monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement processes to maintain high model performance.
- Champion best practices in data quality, security, and compliance across the analytics stack.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading data science teams in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS (S3, SageMaker, Glue).
- Hands‑on expertise in machine learning model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data engineering pipelines and big data technologies is a plus.
