Data Scientist
Lead the creation of a data science function for a B2B SaaS platform, designing models, building pipelines, and guiding a team to turn rich real‑estate data into actionable insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data science strategy, establishing best practices, tooling, and governance.
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models that improve transaction efficiency, risk assessment, and customer experience.
- Build scalable data pipelines and integrate models into the Mission Control platform using cloud services.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing data science team, fostering collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations and visualisations for senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on data science experience, with a proven track record of delivering production‑grade machine‑learning solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (SageMaker, Redshift, Lambda).
- Deep understanding of statistical modelling, supervised/unsupervised learning, and experiment design.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams, driving projects from concept to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
