About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of AI/ML and GenAI solutions, from data exploration and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Design and implement LLM‑powered applications and retrieval‑based systems that meet operational reliability and scalability requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into technical specifications and actionable data science solutions.
- Ensure robust production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of models and pipelines.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in model governance and reproducibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AI/ML projects in a production environment.
