Lead cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and scale AI/ML products that drive business insights across Ford’s industrial, sales, and service domains, leveraging advanced analytics and data‑driven platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for AI/ML solutions that support industrial systems, sales, service, marketing, strategy, finance, and credit functions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate analytical insights into actionable product features.
- Oversee end‑to‑end development lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality, scalable, and compliant AI/ML models and data pipelines.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring, user feedback, and iterative releases.
- Champion best practices in data governance, security, and ethical AI across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, AI, or advanced analytics product management.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise‑grade AI/ML products at scale.
- Strong technical foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in automotive or industrial technology domains is a plus.
