The Data Reporting & Analysis Officer will support the Income Generation team by building and maintaining reports, analysing fundraising data, and ensuring smooth post‑go‑live reporting in the new Salesforce CRM environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and automate regular and ad‑hoc reports for the Income Generation team using SQL and Excel.
- Support fundraisers by creating dashboards and visualisations that track campaign performance and donor trends.
- Assist with the migration to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and building post‑go‑live reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with Senior Analysis Officers to interpret data, identify insights, and recommend actions to improve fundraising outcomes.
- Document reporting processes, data definitions, and best practices to promote consistency across the department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably within a nonprofit or fundraising context.
- Strong SQL querying skills and advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, macros).
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce data structures and reporting tools.
- Ability to create clear, compelling visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
