Software Engineer
Lead data system development and analysis to drive program reporting and strategic planning, leveraging Tableau, SQL, and advanced data visualization techniques to deliver actionable insights for decision‑making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting tools in Tableau to support program reporting, strategic planning, and partner engagement.
- Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, including Service Insights and internal tracking systems, ensuring high data integrity and accuracy.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual data processes, including survey creation, data extraction, and reporting consolidation across platforms.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, develop data models, and implement best practices for data governance.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Tableau and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings to non‑technical audiences.
- Detail‑oriented approach to data validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
- Experience with survey tools and data integration across multiple platforms is a plus.
