Software Engineer
Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of data‑driven digital health products, leveraging analytics, AI/ML, and cloud platforms to accelerate clinical research and improve health outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for data‑centric digital health solutions across the life‑sciences portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data science, engineering, clinical research, and regulatory affairs—to translate market and scientific insights into scalable products.
- Drive the development and deployment of analytics and machine‑learning models on cloud infrastructure (AWS), ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Own product lifecycle management, from concept and prototype through launch, post‑launch monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product impact on clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and business value.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management or leadership roles for data‑intensive, health‑tech or life‑sciences products.
- Strong background in data analytics, machine learning, and cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, GDPR, HIPAA) and experience delivering compliant digital health solutions.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders at senior levels.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of turning complex scientific data into market‑ready products.
