Data Products & Strategy Lead - Humana

Key Responsibilities

• Identify workflow inefficiencies across Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy and define automation opportunities that deliver measurable business value.
• Design, prototype, and implement human‑centered, AI‑enabled solutions that improve patient and provider experiences while supporting clinical and operational goals.
• Conduct data analysis and process mapping to establish leading indicators, track performance, and guide continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks and data products that can be scaled across CenterWell segments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including clinical, operations, and technology stakeholders—to ensure responsible adoption of automation and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering data‑driven automation or AI solutions in a healthcare or related environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools for extracting insights and defining performance metrics.
• Hands‑on experience with process mapping methodologies (e.g., BPMN, value‑stream mapping) and automation platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical or operational problems into scalable, technology‑enabled products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a focus on collaborative, human‑centered design.
