Lead the strategy and execution of Pay and Time data products for a global workforce, partnering with HR, operations, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven insights and governance solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle for Pay and Time data, from vision to delivery, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with HR, operations, payroll, and compensation leaders to capture business needs and translate them into actionable product features.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and technical architecture teams to design scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap that balances short‑term operational needs with long‑term innovation and commercial value.
- Establish governance frameworks, data quality standards, and compliance controls for sensitive employee data.
- Measure product success through key metrics, user adoption, and impact on business outcomes, iterating based on feedback.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in a large enterprise, preferably within HR or financial services.
- Deep understanding of Pay, Time, and compensation data domains, including regulatory and compliance aspects.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics, reporting, and visualization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
