CI&T is looking for a Data Product Manager to lead data-driven initiatives and drive the development of impactful analytics solutions for our clients.
We are seeking a professional with a strong strategic mindset, product-oriented thinking, and experience within the data and analytics ecosystem. This person will be responsible for connecting business needs, technology, and data to deliver scalable, high-value data products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Define and prioritize data product roadmaps, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and stakeholder expectations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analytics Specialists, and business stakeholders.
- Understand data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and analytics platforms to support product decisions and strategic direction.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable, and achievable requirements for technical teams.
- Perform data profiling and analysis to identify patterns, relationships, and opportunities for value creation.
- Define metrics, KPIs, and success criteria to measure the performance and impact of data products.
- Validate solutions with users and stakeholders to ensure they meet business needs and expectations.
- Foster a data-driven culture and support the adoption of AI and automation within team workflows.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams while supporting the growth and development of the professionals involved in data initiatives.
Requirements
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Experience working with international clients.
- Previous experience in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
- Experience managing products, projects, or data-driven initiatives.
- Strong value-based prioritization and risk management skills.
- Strategic thinking, product mindset, and focus on business impact.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
