About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data strategy roadmap for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end data solutions, including data lakes, pipelines, and analytics platforms on AWS.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models that drive customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Establish data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance across all projects.
- Mentor and grow a team of data engineers, scientists, and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale data and ML solutions on AWS.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Hands‑on expertise in Python, SQL, and modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, SageMaker).
