Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust data solutions across on‑premises and cloud environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in defining data scope, governance frameworks, and metadata management practices.
- Drive the design and deployment of ETL pipelines, data models, and analytics platforms using Python, SQL, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Mentor and coach engineering staff, fostering best practices in data engineering, architecture, and governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data platform architecture and engineering.
- Proficiency with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Strong background in data modeling, ETL, and metadata management.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving data governance initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
