Data Engineer
Data Platform Engineer building and maintaining scalable data solutions within the Salesforce Data 360 ecosystem, driving data architecture, integration, and automation to support business and product strategies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines and integrations across Salesforce.com and other SaaS platforms, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with Data Architects to define and implement data models, schemas, and governance frameworks aligned with best‑practice standards.
- Build and maintain ETL processes using SQL, Python, and integration tools, optimizing performance and scalability.
- Implement data security, compliance, and privacy controls within the Salesforce Data 360 ecosystem.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows, providing proactive support and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Salesforce.com, Data 360, and related data services.
- Strong background in data architecture, ETL design, and SQL development.
- Hands‑on skills in Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data governance best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
