About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end data migration initiatives for large enterprise systems, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines using industry‑standard tools and cloud services.
- Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to define data models, mapping, and transformation logic.
- Implement data quality, validation, and governance frameworks to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Mentor and coach junior team members on migration strategies, best practices, and tool usage.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data migration, ETL, and data integration.
- Proficiency with SQL, data modeling, and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Experience with large‑scale enterprise migrations and performance tuning.
