About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain quick, scalable Qlik dashboards and reports to address complex business challenges.
- Enhance and sustain existing home‑grown data tools while aligning them with enterprise‑grade solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver actionable insights.
- Provide MIS support, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery to stakeholders.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences, managing expectations and fostering stakeholder trust.
Requirements
- Proven experience in health insurance data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Qlik Sense/ QlikView and related BI technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with data governance, quality assurance, and MIS processes.
