About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop quick, scalable Qlik dashboards and reports to address both simple and complex business challenges.
- Maintain and improve existing home‑grown data tools, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to gather requirements, provide solutions, and manage expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement of MIS processes, delivering actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, translating technical results into business‑friendly language.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Qlik (desktop and server) and data visualization best practices.
- Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and MIS within the health‑insurance sector.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to build sustainable yet tactical solutions.
- Effective communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non‑technical audiences.
