About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data requirements from diverse source systems to produce detailed functional specifications.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication of data needs and project status.
- Coordinate and track data deliverables, issues, risks, and dependencies across concurrent implementation and enhancement projects.
- Develop and maintain data mapping documentation, data flow diagrams, and data lineage artifacts.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data mapping, or related roles within healthcare or insurance domains.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical details for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile or iterative project environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
