About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of support for RBC One client portal inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- Capture, validate, and maintain high‑quality data within the internal CRM system.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine data processes and enhance the client service model.
