About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑scale data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Define data architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks across the organization.
- Design and build scalable data pipelines, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Semantic Models to support analytics and AI workloads.
- Enable AI/GenAI‑ready data platforms and collaborate closely with AI/ML teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Implement data governance, lineage, security, compliance, and observability frameworks to ensure data quality and regulatory adherence.
- Drive platform modernization and integration of emerging technologies to keep the data ecosystem at the cutting edge.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or related roles.
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Strong background in data architecture, governance, and Lakehouse design.
- Experience working with AI/GenAI data pipelines and semantic modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional technical teams.
