About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Architect scalable data solutions, integrating legacy systems with modern data platforms to support analytics and data science initiatives.
- Collaborate with data stewards, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define data quality standards, metadata management, and data lineage.
- Drive enterprise adoption of data governance practices through training, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that enhance data governance, security, and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, data architecture, or related roles.
- Proven track record designing and deploying enterprise data platforms and governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data quality, metadata management, and data lineage concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data tooling is a plus.
