Lead a high‑performing data engineering team to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions using Python, SQL, AWS, Airflow, and Spark, while driving engineering discipline and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Data Engineers and Pipeline Engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end data pipelines, ensuring high quality, scalability, and reliability across the data platform.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust data solutions and maintain alignment with strategic priorities.
- Implement and enforce best practices in data modeling, version control, testing, and documentation.
- Drive process improvements to reduce delivery friction, increase automation, and enhance team autonomy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with proven leadership in a technical team.
- Hands‑on experience with orchestration tools (Airflow) and big data frameworks (Spark).
- Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL design, and data quality practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
