About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Ab Initio ETL solutions that ingest, transform, and load data into Oracle data warehouses.
- Lead a team of data engineers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with data architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy.
- Implement performance tuning, monitoring, and automation to achieve high availability and optimal throughput.
- Drive data quality initiatives, including validation, profiling, and lineage documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering with deep expertise in Ab Initio and Oracle.
- Proven leadership experience managing and scaling engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of ETL best practices, data modeling, and data governance.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
