About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources.
- Build and optimize data models and warehouses on Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
- Implement workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow, ensuring reliable scheduling and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Apply best practices for data quality, governance, and security in a cloud environment (AWS).
Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and scripting.
- Experience with ETL tools and frameworks, and orchestration platforms such as Airflow.
- Solid understanding of cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and AWS services.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
