About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines that ingest, transform, and store large volumes of transactional and behavioral data.
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to define data models, schemas, and quality metrics that support data‑driven decision making.
- Implement and optimize ETL workflows using Python and SQL on AWS services such as Redshift, S3, and Glue.
- Ensure data reliability, security, and compliance through rigorous testing, monitoring, and documentation.
- Participate in architecture reviews, propose improvements, and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
