Data Engineer
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS services, ensuring data quality and performance for enterprise analytics.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes to ingest, transform, and load large datasets into cloud data warehouses.
- Implement data models and schemas that support business intelligence and advanced analytics.
- Leverage AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda) to build robust, scalable data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to provide clean, reliable data for modeling and reporting.
- Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve data quality and processing efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Python and SQL for data engineering tasks.
- Hands‑on knowledge of AWS data services and cloud architecture.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL design, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Spark or similar big‑data processing frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
