Data Engineer, People Analytics

As a Data Engineer, People Analytics at Notion, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines and analytics solutions to support people analytics initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring data quality, security, and scalability. You will also collaborate with data scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models to drive business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data pipelines using Python and AWS services.
• Develop and maintain data infrastructure, including data warehouses and data lakes.
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering and people analytics.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Experience with Python, AWS, and machine learning technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
