About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines that ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources into cloud data warehouses.
- Implement data quality, monitoring, and alerting frameworks using Apache Airflow and related tooling.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to define data models and ensure data is accessible, reliable, and performant.
- Optimize SQL queries and data storage patterns for cost‑effective, high‑throughput processing on AWS services.
- Participate in on‑call rotation to support 24/7 data platform availability and incident resolution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience building data pipelines with Python and SQL.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and services such as S3, Redshift, or Snowflake.
- Proficiency in workflow orchestration tools, preferably Apache Airflow.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, and a commitment to data quality and reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
