Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load CRM data into enterprise data warehouses.
- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to define data models, quality metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Implement data validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes using Python, SQL, and AWS Glue.
- Optimize query performance and storage costs on cloud platforms, leveraging AWS Redshift, S3, and related services.
- Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve data workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a data engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on CRM data.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data quality best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team.
