Data Engineer with 3+ years of experience building and maintaining data pipelines, knowledge‑graph solutions, and cloud‑based data platforms using Python, SQL, graph query languages, Neo4j, and AWS.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines that ingest, transform, and load large‑scale datasets into graph databases.
- Implement and maintain knowledge‑graph models using SPARQL, Cypher, and Neo4j, ensuring data quality and performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Deploy and manage data infrastructure on cloud platforms, primarily AWS, leveraging services such as S3, Redshift, and Lambda.
- Write efficient, production‑grade code in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data engineering with a focus on graph technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, and hands‑on experience with graph query languages (SPARQL, Cypher).
- Practical experience with graph databases or frameworks such as Neo4j, GraphQL, or RDF.
- Experience deploying and managing solutions on AWS (or Azure) cloud environments.
