Data Enablement Lead

The Data Enablement Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data engineering, governance, and pipeline management strategies to enable data-driven decision making across the organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data engineering strategies to support business needs
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using DBT and other tools
• Collaborate with data governance team to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data enablement initiatives
• Develop and maintain documentation for data pipelines and engineering processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, governance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices
• Experience with DBT, Python, and GitHub
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
