About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data models and schemas to support business analytics and reporting.
- Develop, test, and maintain ETL pipelines using Python and SQL to ingest and transform data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data solutions.
- Leverage AWS services (e.g., Redshift, S3, Glue) to build cloud‑native data platforms.
- Create visualizations and dashboards in Tableau to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met throughout the data lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 3+ years of data engineering or data design experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and pipeline development.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS data services and cloud‑based data warehousing.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, ETL best practices, and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
