Software Engineer
Mid‑level Data Consultant who translates client needs into technical solutions, performs complex analyses on large clinical and financial datasets, and builds automated data pipelines and visual reports to drive business insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and client teams to gather requirements and design data‑driven solutions that address clinical and financial use cases.
- Develop, test, and maintain ETL pipelines using Python and SQL to ingest, cleanse, and transform large datasets.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights to stakeholders and support decision‑making.
- Perform advanced statistical and exploratory analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business development.
- Document data models, workflows, and best practices to ensure reproducibility and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Python, SQL, and ETL processes in a data‑intensive environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience working with healthcare or financial data, understanding data privacy and compliance considerations.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication of technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
