Key Responsibilities

- Lead cross‑functional teams, driving operational excellence, capacity planning, and incident response.
- Implement and enforce best practices for security, compliance, and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with business units to align data centre strategy with corporate objectives and growth plans.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee budget and cost optimisation.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in data centre management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SLA management, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of industry standards (ISO, ITIL, NIST) and compliance frameworks.
